Rob Latham is an established performer known for his versatility across a variety of genres including classical, opera, rock, pop and a cappella. He has been involved with many different performing groups, such as Australia’s #1 male a cappella group, Suade. They have toured extensively around Australia and through many parts of Asia, as well as producing acclaimed recordings and conducting school workshop programs. Rob is an opera graduate from the Melba Conservatorium of Music, spent many years specialising in Gilbert & Sullivan Opera, and also holds a Diploma of Education. Rob teaches singing at numerous schools around Melbourne and is in his second year as Head of Voice at the Victorian State Schools Spectacular. Rob teaches privately, and has conducted school choirs, mentored music theatre students and directed community choral ensembles. He has previously adjudicated in 2012 for the Gold Coast a cappella competition, Singfest, and recently assisted with the development of AMEB’s new Musical Theatre syllabus.
